We provide hands-on help to build life science companies in a collaborative approach with all stake holders including founders, investors and research institutes.

We have supported big Pharma, small and medium sized biotech companies as well as one of the largest, multi-national consulting firms in various projects over the years. Covering a broad spectrum, we identify and analyse new technologies, products and markets, develop market access strategies and help our customers to find specific assets, collaboration partners or acquisition targets. We negotiate and close investments, collaboration- and licensing agreements with universities or corporate partners. We write business plans, develop investment cases and take care of fund-raising activities.
